This Terms of Service ('Terms') govern the access and use of services, digital products, and goods provided by NewsTopAir ('Site'). By using the Site and its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We offer three categories of offerings: professional summaries services ('Services'), digital info products ('Info Products'), and physical goods ('Goods'). Each category is subject to the specific provisions below.

3. Services

Services consist of curated summary reports and analysis delivered on an agreed schedule. To schedule or reschedule a service, contact us at +14167509644 or via our contact form.

3.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling

You may request a reschedule up to 48 hours before the original date. We will confirm the new date in writing.

3.2 Cancellation and No-Refund Services

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery entitle you to no refund due to the time-sensitive nature of Services. This no-refund policy is necessary to cover preparatory efforts and resource allocation by our team.

4. Info Products

Info Products include downloadable summaries and archives in digital formats. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, no cancellation or refund can be provided due to the irreversible delivery of digital content.

5. Goods

Goods refer to any physical merchandise purchased through the Site. You may return unused Goods within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. To initiate a return, contact our support via our form and ship the item to our address at your expense. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds according to the following criteria:

• Services: Eligible for full refunds if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. No refunds for later cancellations.
• Info Products: No refunds after any download or access has occurred.
• Goods: Refunds processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

To request a refund, please submit a refund request via our contact form. Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. If applicable, you may choose to reschedule a Service instead of receiving a refund.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms in 2025. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
